The product_cat hierarchy underneath /products/ is CATEGORY-TREE.md's job and is not repeated here.
Commerce
Account endpoints
Adopt B2BKing's, do not invent parallel ones. Each is registered EP_ROOT | EP_PAGES | EP_PERMALINK, so it also resolves at site root and appends to every product permalink. That is a robots and canonical problem — each needs an explicit Disallow line plus a self-canonical.
Authentication
Legal
The ZA statutory set the footer legal bar must link. All six share L-Legal-PTB (working PTB: crumb · H1 · mono last-updated line) plus one content layout. The whole bar is hidden in punchout — the punchout footer is a separate reduced section, not a gated variant of this one.
Not in the sitemap, deliberately
Navigation — built against this map
Header nav is 5 items, inside the ~100-link node budget. The live menu “Lema Main” (term 1881) already carries 5.
The company panel carries Dashboard · Orders & reorder · Saved lists · Quotes · Sub-users · Sign out. Quick order becomes a persistent item, and Quote list becomes Cart.
No Catalogues, no Custom branding, no About, no Contact, no application link. This screen itself is a design-reference artefact and is unreachable from the punchout nav on the live site — it renders here in every audience so the map can be read from any state.
The Products mega panel is one fusion_element tagged element_category = mega_menus, bound by menu-item meta fusion_megamenu_select. It carries 7 category columns plus a Collections column plus a Featured column — Drinkware · Bags · New in · Clearance · Shop by brand. It is blocked by the category tree. At launch it ships the full category panel to trade users and lets empty archives render an empty state.
The footer is four columns — Shop / Company / Help / Account — plus an about column, plus the color8 legal bar carrying the six legal pages above.
Open calls — S1 to S6
| # | Question | Recommendation |
|---|---|---|
| S1 | Separate /sign-in/ page, or use /my-account/ logged out? | Use /my-account/. One auth surface to guard and canonicalise, and it is what Woo already ships. Overrides SITE-AUDIT 2.7. |
| S2 | Blog — ever? | No. Retire layouts 1953/2229 and their sections. Reversible, and nothing else depends on it. |
| S3 | /custom/ is titled “In-house Manufacture” but the nav says “Custom branding”, and /branding/ is a separate page. Two pages or one? | Two. /custom/ = we manufacture; /branding/ = we decorate. Nav item “Custom branding” opens a small panel listing both. |
| S4 | Do the ~17 /branding/{method}/ and 15 /catalogues/{slug}/ pages ship at launch, or after? | After. Both hubs go live with the launch and the children follow. They are copy-bound, not build-bound, and the copy is not written. |
| S5 | /collections/{theme}/ launch set — golf-day, conference, eco, braai, heritage. Right five? | Wade's call. They are the merchandising surface, not a technical choice. |
| S6 | Is the /products/ permalink change in scope before launch, given Gate 0 and no staging? | It is a one-shot change with a clean collision check, but it rewrites every category URL. Recommend: do it, and do it before any external link exists — the cost only rises. |
Four further questions already stand with Warren, and 14 more design decisions sit in SITE-AUDIT.md §4. None of them blocks this sitemap.

Every brand we carry
Brands are outside your punchout session
Coca-Cola's approved range is organised by product, not by brand.
Back to ProductsFifteen printed books: four we make and decorate in-house, eleven from the ranges we carry. Note a code on any page and paste it into search — codes match exactly.
Catalogues are outside your punchout session
The printed books cover the public range; this session is scoped to the Coca-Cola contract range.

The lanyard woven to a Pantone. The conference kit packed to a delegate list. The garment cut to a spec no catalogue carries.
In-house manufacture is outside your punchout session

Back to ProductsSeven ranges cover the stock. The rest we make.
Those come off our own floor, made by people we employ, on machines we own.
That is the difference between a supplier and a partner. A stocked item is a purchase order. A made item is a brief — spec, sample, sign-off, run — and it is quoted against your artwork and your volume, never off a price list.

Four things a catalogue can't do
Cut and sew
Garments and bags to specPattern, first sample, sign-off, run. Used where the fit, the fabric or the trim is the point and no stocked line gets close.
100 units 15–20 daysSublimation
Full colour, edge to edgeDye goes into the fabric rather than onto it. Chosen where a print would crack or a badge would sit proud of the surface.
25 units 8–12 daysAssembly and kitting
Loose items, one packed kitConference bags, onboarding packs, dealer boxes. Picked and packed to your list so one carton lands per recipient, not six.
None 5–10 daysPackaging
The box counts tooSleeves, inserts and printed boxes made up in-house, so the unboxing carries the brand instead of a courier bag.

Custom branding
Thirteen methods under one roof. Which one suits the job comes down to the material, the artwork and the quantity.
Custom branding is outside your punchout session
A Dynamics 365 session sees Products only. Decoration on a contract range is agreed with your rep before the range is loaded, so every line you can order is already priced with its branding.
Back to ProductsEvery method below is done under our own roof — embroidery, print and engraving on one site, on one order. Which one suits a job comes down to three things: what the product is made of, what the artwork looks like, and how many you need. This page is the answer the sales team gives on the phone all day.
One rule covers every method on this page
Branding is quoted with artwork. Setup is charged per colour, per position, per method, so no method here carries a fixed price.
How we put your logo on it
Stitched, printed or pressed onto fabric
Embroidery
A stitched logo that outlives the garment. The default for golfers, jackets and caps, and the finish a staff kit is judged on.
- Best on
- cotton · poly-cotton · fleece
- Typical minimum
- 25 units
- Artwork
- flat colour, up to 9 threads
Screen print
Ink pushed through a screen, one screen per colour. Once the screens exist it is the cheapest way to decorate a large run of flat artwork.
- Best on
- cotton · poly-cotton · paper
- Typical minimum
- 50 units
- Artwork
- flat colour, 1–4 spot
Sublimation print
Heat turns the ink into a gas and it dyes the fibre itself. Nothing sits on top, so a full-colour, edge-to-edge print cannot crack or peel.
- Best on
- white polyester · coated metal
- Typical minimum
- 25 units
- Artwork
- full colour, photographic
Digital transfer (DTF)
The artwork is printed to film and heat-pressed on. Photographs and unlimited colours with no screens to pay for, which is what makes small runs viable.
- Best on
- cotton · polyester · dark garments
- Typical minimum
- 10 units
- Artwork
- full colour, photographic
Vinyl
Colour cut from a sheet and heat-applied. The only sane way to do names and numbers, because every unit can be different at no extra setup.
- Best on
- sports kit · jackets · bags
- Typical minimum
- 1 unit
- Artwork
- flat colour, per-unit names and numbers
Marked, printed or engraved on the object
Pad print
A silicone pad lifts ink off a plate and lays it onto a curved or awkward surface. The workhorse for pens, mugs and moulded plastics.
- Best on
- plastics · ceramic · coated metal
- Typical minimum
- 50 units
- Artwork
- single colour, small
Laser engraving
The laser removes the surface rather than adding to it, so the mark is the material itself. Permanent, colourless, and the premium read on drinkware.
- Best on
- stainless · aluminium · bamboo · glass
- Typical minimum
- 25 units
- Artwork
- none — the mark is the material
Direct-to-product (DTP)
Full-colour digital printing straight onto a hard item, no transfer in between. Gradients and photographic artwork on a bottle or a box.
- Best on
- rigid plastics · coated metal
- Typical minimum
- 25 units
- Artwork
- full colour, photographic
Doming
A clear resin lens poured over a printed label so the logo sits under glass. Adds weight and depth to a small item that would otherwise read cheap.
- Best on
- keyrings · USBs · badges
- Typical minimum
- 100 units
- Artwork
- full colour under resin
Rotary screen
Screen printing around a rotating cylinder in one pass, so the artwork runs the full way round with no seam and no join to hide.
- Best on
- bottles · tumblers · cylindrical drinkware
- Typical minimum
- 100 units
- Artwork
- flat colour, seamless wrap
Pressed or foiled into the surface
Debossing
A heated die presses the logo down into the surface. No ink, no colour, no wear — the quiet option on a leather notebook or a folder.
- Best on
- PU · genuine leather · heavy card
- Typical minimum
- 25 units
- Artwork
- none — tone on tone
Embossing
The same die working the other way, raising the logo out of the surface so it catches the light. Reads richer than a deboss on pale materials.
- Best on
- PU · leather · paper · card
- Typical minimum
- 25 units
- Artwork
- none — tone on tone
Foil hot stamping
A metallic foil pressed into the surface under heat. Gold, silver and copper that a printed ink can only imitate, and the usual finish on a gift notebook.
- Best on
- PU · leather · card · paper
- Typical minimum
- 25 units
- Artwork
- metallic, single foil

Artwork requirements
What we can work from
If all you have is a low-resolution file, our studio redraws it to vector once and every future order runs off that. It is quoted separately and it is yours to keep.
How setup is charged
Setup is per colour, per position, per method. A two-colour print on the chest and a one-colour print on the sleeve are three setups, not one job — which is why the same logo on the same shirt can quote two ways.
Send artwork and a quantity. The quote comes back with the product price and the branding on one line.
Send the logo. We'll come back with a number.
- Artwork checked by the studio before anything is quoted
- The right method recommended for the product, not the other way round
- A proof to sign off before we press the button
- Trade accounts see the branded line price in the cart
Maggie has your artwork on file.
- Repeat positions and colours already set up
- Proofs come back to your account, not a generic inbox
- Branding quoted onto the line, not billed separately
We source it, brand it and get it there.
One company, from the range to the loading bay.
Lema started in 1989 supplying corporate gifts to South African business. The range grew — seven supplier catalogues now sit behind a single order — but the reason buyers stay is that the branding happens here, on our own machines, on the same site as the order desk.
That is what makes a delivery date real. When embroidery, print and engraving are under one roof, an artwork change is a conversation with the person handling your job, not a chain of three companies each waiting on the last.
Source, brand, hold, deliver.
One order across every range
Amrod, Kevro, Captivity, Headwear 24, KMQ, Trade Only Gifts and the Lema own range — consolidated into one order, one delivery and one invoice.
Decorated under our own roof
Embroidery, screen print, digital transfer, engraving and debossing. Costs are quoted against your artwork and volume, never off a list.
Standing kits held on the shelf
Repeat lines are stocked here, so a reorder ships from our floor instead of restarting a supplier lead time behind it.
Every province, one waybill
One consolidated delivery wherever the staff are — and one named person to call while it is moving.
A name, not an inbox
Artwork queries, quotes and delivery dates go to your named rep first.
The next step is a trade account.
- Pricing negotiated against your volume, not a public list
- Branding quoted against your artwork
- Saved lists and one-click reorder for standing kits
- A named rep assigned to the account
You already have all of this.

This manual is published in terms of section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act. It sets out what records [ registered entity name to supply ] holds, who to ask for them, and what happens once you have asked.
01Introduction and scope
This section names the entity the manual belongs to, the section of the Act it is published under, and the date it takes effect. Registered name, registration number, registered address and the head of the entity all sit here — [ company particulars to supply ].
Where a section below is marked as a placeholder, the structure is settled and only the wording is outstanding. Nothing on this page is operative until the manual is signed off and the last-updated date above changes.
02Information officer
Requests go to one named person, not to a shared inbox. Where deputies are appointed, they are named alongside and can receive a request in the same way.
Where to send a request
- Information officer
- [ name to supply ]
- Designation
- [ title to supply ]
- Physical address
- [ street address to supply ]
- Postal address
- [ postal address to supply ]
- [ PAIA inbox to supply ]
- Telephone
- [ number to supply ]
03Definitions used in this manual
Defined terms carry their meaning from the Act. They are restated here so the manual reads on its own, and so the Privacy Policy and this document cannot drift apart.
- the Act
- [ full citation and commencement date to supply ]
- the Company
- [ registered name and registration number to supply ]
- Information officer
- The person named in section 02 above. Deputies, where appointed, are named with them.
- Requester
- Anyone asking for a record, whether for themselves or on behalf of another person.
- Record
- [ wording to supply ] — the working scope is recorded information held by the Company, in any form, whoever created it and whenever.
- Personal information
- [ wording to supply, aligned to the Privacy Policy ]
04How to request a record
The steps
- Complete the prescribed request form. It is published as its own page — Request for access to record.
- Send the completed form to the information officer at the address in section 02.
- Pay the request fee where one is payable. Section 06 sets out what applies and where the amounts come from.
- A written outcome follows within the period the Act allows — [ period to supply ].
- The outcome, and any further fee that falls due with it, is recorded on Outcome of request and of fees payable.
What your request must include
- Enough detail to identify the record you want.
- The form of access you want — inspection, a copy, or a copy in a particular format.
- Your full name, postal address and contact details.
- Proof of identity, and proof of authority where you are asking on someone else's behalf.
- The right you are seeking to exercise, and why the record is required to exercise it.
05Records held and the grounds of access
Every category the Company holds is listed once, with what it covers and how it may be reached. A category that is freely available needs no request at all.
| Ref | Category of record | What it covers | Grounds of access |
|---|---|---|---|
| PAIA-01 | Company and statutory records | Registration, resolutions, statutory registers | Request required |
| PAIA-02 | Financial and tax records | Ledgers, returns, VAT records | Request required |
| PAIA-03 | Employment records | Contracts, payroll, leave | Third-party consent |
| PAIA-04 | Customer account records | Trade applications, orders, quotes, credit terms | Third-party consent |
| PAIA-05 | Procurement records | Agreements, purchase orders, cost files | Request required |
| PAIA-06 | Website and consent records | Analytics, cookie consent logs, form submissions | Request required |
| PAIA-07 | Published material | Catalogues, public price lists, brochures | Freely available |
Structural placeholder — the real categories, statutes and grounds of access come from the client's legal input.
06Fees payable
Two fees can arise: one for making the request, and one for the work of finding, reproducing and preparing the record. Neither is set by the Company.
Fee amounts are set by regulation and change from time to time. The current schedule is [ fee schedule to supply ], restated in full on the outcome page so a requester is never left reconciling two versions.
Where a fee is payable before the Company begins work, the requester is told the amount in writing and the clock stops until it is paid.
07If access is refused
A refusal comes in writing, states the grounds relied on and sets out what the requester can do next. The grounds themselves come from the Act, not from this manual, and are reproduced in section [ cross-reference to supply ].
Internal appeal, a complaint to the Regulator and application to court are the routes available — [ time periods, forms and addresses to supply ]. The same wording appears on Outcome of request and of fees payable, which is the page a requester is sent to with the decision.
08Keeping this manual current
The manual is reviewed at least once a year, and again whenever the records held or the people named in it change. The date in the page title band is the only version marker — there is no separate change log to fall out of step with it.
Legal documents are outside your punchout session
The agreement between Lema and your organisation governs the session; the public documents sit behind the guest and trade footer.
That page has moved, or never existed.
Product codes change when a supplier reissues a line, and links out of printed catalogues go stale — that is usually what happened here. Search below, or start from a range.
